At Fehres Interieurbouw and Front op Maat the challenge runs deep. Skilled people design and build beautiful furniture, yet the paperwork keeps piling up. And you would rather spend your money on another craftsman than on an admin assistant. The result: admin around enquiries, quotes and processing kept getting pushed into the evenings and weekends.
All in all we spent a few hours together, working through which tasks offered the biggest gains in time. We then chose to create a virtual assistant that could take those tasks off their hands from now on, with access to every existing system, such as email, finance and sales, and of course all kinds of folders and files.
Within a day 'Fehry' was born, the virtual office manager that checks in every morning with an overview of the day, makes and keeps track of appointments, answers new enquiries neatly, makes sure all information is stored properly and can report on how 'business is going'
